We personally interact with each Technology Service Provider (TSP), evaluating their strengths and weaknesses. Tsp’s inclusion in our network is based on a comprehensive evaluation process that includes following factors:
Upon receiving a client requirement, we reassess to find the best fit for the requirement and personally verify Tsp’s availability. If they’re engaged elsewhere, we have a vast network of TSPs/resources to choose from.
We go the extra mile by assigning a project manager who works on behalf of the client. They are responsible for all documentation, including the project plan, deliverables, and daily reporting in case of staff augmentation. This ensures seamless project delivery. Our dedicated project management team guarantees project completion.
We adapt to your needs. Depending on whether you prefer “Fixed cost”, “On Hire”, or “Managed Services”, we share resumes or dive deep into requirement understanding to create the Statement of Work (SOW), Proposal, etc. We also ensure trust building among parties by producing various agreements like the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) based upon engagement model.
